Golden Demon Award by Games Workshop The Golden Demon is the ultimate miniature model painting competition. The UK competition covers ten categories of miniature painting as well as the 'Young Bloods' and open competitions. This is your chance each year to enter or just see some of the finest examples of model painting in the UK if not the world. If your entry is chosen by the judges you could be on the way to being the winner of the annual Slayer Sword! Whilst at the Golden Demon Award competition venue, you are able to visit the Games Workshop Design Studio and an archive display as well as the chance of meeting some of the brains behind the most popular Games Workshop games and armies. You could be able to see the very latest Games Workshop projects and hear first hand from their artists, miniatures designers and games developers as well as being able to expand your knowledge about Black Industries Games and the Black Library, Warhammer Historical and Sabertooth Games as they show off their latest programmes.
